An Innovative Office in the Heart of San Francisco

New Relic is a software company located in San Francisco, California which is a known brand and is presently in growth mode.

New Relic desired a beautiful and creative space that reflected its unique culture which would provide flexibility and opportunity for future expansion. They selected four floors in a 12-story high rise in the heart of the urban center of San Francisco for their new offices.

Working in tandem with the innovative team at M Moser Associates, AlfaTech provided mechanical and electrical engineering design services for this 73,000 SF project which included the remodel of open office areas; addition and modification of conference rooms; workstation densification; coffee bar modification with ventless equipment and outside vendor catering services; and investigation of the enlargement of the existing assembly space.
