AlfaTech spearheaded the MEP engineering design for the MLK Wellness Center, a groundbreaking two-story Health Care Access and Information (HCAI) medical office building spanning approximately 52,000 square feet. This innovative facility serves as a beacon of health and well-being, offering a comprehensive range of services to the community.

The MLK Wellness Center houses a primary care clinic, dental services, behavioral health facilities, and provider offices on the first floor. The second floor is dedicated to an outpatient ambulatory surgery center, equipped with state-of-the-art operating rooms, pre-op/PACU areas, and a sterile processing department.
