Description

AlfaTech provided MEP and Technology Engineering Services for this 8-story, 520,000 SF historic high-rise building in center of the city. AlfaTech provided full design services for site, shell/core and tenant improvements of standard office space including private and open offices, conference rooms, huddle rooms, telephone rooms, break rooms, training spaces and other support spaces, a multi-story atrium lobby and a central chiller plant and 12kv high voltage power distribution. The First Basement included a variety of garage, large conference/training spaces, labs and potentially a cafeteria, along with utility spaces for electrical distribution. The two lower basements were designed for utility equipment such as fire pumps, boilers, and similar equipment.
