AlfaTech spearheaded the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering design for this landmark 10-story office building nestled in Oakland's vibrant Uptown neighborhood. The project involved the warm core and shell retrofit of a 244,000 SF existing office building, including ground-level parking and future retail spaces.
