Saied oversees San Francisco office operations as a Managing Director. Saied brings over 30 years of experience in the design of HVAC systems in a multitude of building types, providing technical expertise in high performance systems using low energy, innovative and sustainable technologies.
Saied’s design oversight includes energy and operating cost studies, HVAC system selection, QC, commissioning and fire life safety/smoke control testing. He works with a number of AlfaTech’ high profile clients and projects in the very active hands‐on role of Principal in Charge.
Saied’s clients currently include Uber Technologies, involving a large multi‐building development currently changing the skyline of San Francisco as we know it.
