Nick has extensive experience designing various systems such as heating, ventilating and air-conditioning, steam, compressed air, direct expansion, cogeneration, thermal storage, and heat recovery systems. He has designed the above-mentioned mechanical systems for educational, commercial, industrial, healthcare, and institutional facilities. His experience with critical facilities such as data centers and technology centers includes phased construction and remodel of plants while in operation.

Nick is responsible for coordinating, designing, developing, specification writing, cost estimating, construction observation, energy compliance, and equipment selection of mechanical projects. He is responsible for the preparation of California Administrative Code Title 24 energy compliance documents, as well as energy consumption analysis. He performed feasibility studies, facility surveys, and technical evaluations and prepared value engineering solutions for HVAC systems on new and existing facilities.
