James is an electrical engineer and project manager responsible for overall electrical systems design from concept development through construction administration. His role as an engineering manager extends from new construction and renovation of existing facilities to the design and installation of alternative energies. James brings a successful problem-solving approach to each project, encompassing project budget limitations, constructability, and energy use issues by coordinating with other disciplines to seek the optimal solution. He is also particularly experienced with projects involving the Division of the State Architect (DSA) and HCAI (formerly OSHPD).
