As Chief Executive Officer, Diarmuid provides strong leadership, inspiration, innovative thinking, mentorship and technical expertise. His approach and project knowledge helps ensure our client’s projects are successful. He ensures the use of the latest engineering software, energy-efficient MEP product research, green design research, LEED design implementation, and energy modeling reviews.
Diarmuid acts as Principal in Charge and project manager on numerous projects, including core and shell renovations, new construction, and TI. The relationships Diarmuid has fostered in the industry with direct clients, architects, brokers, project managers, developers, and others provide ongoing opportunities in projects for entertainment/studios, office, educational, healthcare, and other market segments.
