Amber Welsh has extensive HVAC and sustainable systems design experience with projects spanning educational, commercial, high-end residential, mixed-use, historic campus, and central plant utility. Amber’s work has focused on integrative design where she has led efforts on energy modeling and calculations for passive and sustainable systems. She also specializes in Sustainable and Net Zero master planning and feasibility studies. Overall, she leads much of AlfaTech’s high-performance engineering design, including geothermal, passive ventilation, computational fluid dynamic ( CFD ), Energy modeling, shading and facade analysis. She specializes in sustainability, carbon neutralization, and Net Zero design.
