Description

AlfaTech spearheaded the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering design for this landmark 10-story office building nestled in Oakland's vibrant Uptown neighborhood. The project involved the warm core and shell retrofit of a 244,000 SF existing office building, including ground-level parking and future retail spaces.

Highlights

  • All services are strategically capped at each floor, facilitating seamless connectivity for future tenant needs.

  • Redesigned the building façade with high-efficiency glazing and window wall systems, minimizing energy consumption and enhancing aesthetics.

  • Provided energy modeling and comprehensive commissioning services to meet the rigorous standards for LEED certification, demonstrating our commitment to sustainability.
